I like the use of colors, the use of both pictures and text, and the simple organization. However, I think that the "activity" on the page really detracts from its effectiveness. You have SO many colors, and SO many pictures, and SO many different fonts going on that it might be difficult for a visitor to really focus on what is important and what really causes the visitor to want to know more.

As I look at the site, the MOST important information that you want to get across to a visitor is the information located under the "Why Choose Us?" heading. However, this is ACTUALLY the last information that I took in when I first looked at the site. Why? Because I was too distracted by all the different colored pictures and fonts. Make the focus of the page be on the piece of info I mentioned, with everything else just COMPLIMENTING it. Does that make sense?

1. Wording on those selection is too small.
2. Too many picture from top to bottom
3. Look cramping

The elements themselves look good, but it seems too chaotic. Don't be afraid of a little space between the elements. Maybe a little more contrast between the pictures (lower middle) and the text on them.
