In my opinion you have too much white backgrounds in your website, try to have some patterns, but not fancy ones, like more serious. Even making it a little grayish may make it look better. Otherwise it is really good

i think the website looks good, its fresh, clean and modern. But remember people are coming to your website looking for SEO services. Cut the crap tell them what they will get for their money, how it is of benefit to them and why they should take action now.

The logo needs to re-made. You can get good cheap logos done from elance or odesk.

Also give away some good free content. Content that will make people come back to your website time and time again to read it. It will also make you look good.
