the site seems interesting... what are your plans for it? just a gathering place for ppl that like scooters?

one suggestion is to get a better logo for the forum.. the welcome page is ok... i'd left align the text and add a registration box to it (also have a "just wanna looK" button for ppl that want to check out everything ur forum has to offer before registering)

First I would suggest getting rid of the splash page. Build a home page with news or new posts or something. Splash pages any more are just annoying.

Second, Get a logo. It will make the page look more professional. You actuall don't even need a logo you just need somehthing to make it a little nicer.

I think the boards look nice good color scheme, easy to figure out what you want to do with very little clutter.
