Review Premium Web Application Idea

I'm soon going to have a domain renting application developed.

Basically the site will allow domain owners to host their domains on system servers and rent them out (just like a house or apartment) to webmasters/advertisers etc. This gives domain owners a new and easy way to earn revenue from their domains.

On the flip side, advertisers and webmasters will be able to select domains to rent, do a deal with the owner and upload their content all via this application.

A quick overview can be viewed at esbro.com | Domain Renting Service

Any thoughts, ideas and feedback on this idea would be greatly appreciated. Please note im not looking for feedback on the site design.

Thanks

Thanks. Well the domain owners would set the monthly rental price which would realistically be around $5-$20 per month depending on the quality of the domain, its Page Rank etc. and then 10% of that amount would go back to myself/the business entity. I think it is an excellent way for content owners to get there content on quality domains without having to make a purchase commitment that could be well into the hundreds of dollars and then turn around and find that the domain wasn't really suitable.
