As a consumer it would be easier to navigate with a menu leading to different forms of apparel closer to the top. Also, I would configure a privacy policy, terms of use, and disclaimer. Yes, Facebook would seem like your best bet to do advertising since it was originally aimed at college students and the majority of them are still on. You could even target certain demographics as well.
