Hi.
I really only read the first paragraph, but i did pick up some things that were worrying.
I am not going to spoon feed you, but i would seriously consider getting, even paying, someone to proofread your writing. It is very important how you come across, and if my reaction was anything to go by, i would have left straight away; after picking up three errors of spelling and punctuation in the first paragraph (and i'm only 16).

Please learn the difference between 'their' and 'there'.

Recently launched and my designer published the wrong document on the disk I sent him. I am at fault and am embarrassed but this will be taken care of tonight thank you. Contest is still on please ignore the content and focus on the design for now. Thank you.

1) When I navigate between pages, the grey title jumps up/down 1 or 2 pixels ... annoying the crap out of me

2) Being 'environmental' the site comes across pretty cold/business-like. I would suggest making it more personal/warm. I understand you are 'gold leaf' but gold and white are pretty cold and business-like.

Maybe add a photo of you and your colleagues/partners/associates and a short resume. This will improve the feeling of being sincere towards your prospective clients.

3) Logo. I would suggest making it more 2D and printer-friendly. It looks nice as it is, but have you tried to fax it, or print it on a black and white laser printer? We are currently implementing a complete re-style in my company and we carry the following versions of a logo:

- Full Color (RGB or similar for computer use)
- Print color (CMYK or similar)
- Single color
- Grayscale
- Black and white only

4) A little content comment none-the-less: hire a good text writer who knows how to write text for internet. It is different than for paper; it needs to be VERY short, powerful, to the point. This is one of the things 99,9% of the people get wrong on their site (even big companies)!

5) I would be interested in receiving a business plan for a project of mine, so let me know I've won please

Great work, i really like the suggestions. I do have a 2d logo also which is used for faxes and wherever else it is needed (actually it is my current business card logo).

I have had the correct content published so critique away.

Couple of things -
- Content sounds a little weak - Home, Services and About Us
- Since you guys are consultants - I think Profiles with experience would be really helpful
- Contact Us looks a little weak too.

I do like the design - clean and consistent with the brand logo - gold.

Contact Us and About Us text has differences between buttons/links in the top block and the main block title (capitalization difference - nothing big )

Personally, I think the menu and header takes up too much space. I need to scroll down every time to read something important.

Another thing is since you have contact us page, you may not necessary need to include contact number and email on upper left hand corner. Maybe you can add in a slogan or some meaning phrase.

It looks like you're using the same title meta tag on all your pages. Making them unique will rank better with search engines.

First thing i noticed when i scrolled to the bottom of the page just to get a quick glance and the whole thing. I realized i could not click on the 4 topics under Services Provided. Maybe make them clickable and then direct you to a page with info about each. And why do you say Canadians under the about us section. I live in the U.S. and your making me feel excluded. And under your partners make the two partner logos clickable and send you to their site so i can see what they are all about. But the backround and the earth and leaf look really cool. Love how the color gold just makes that website look that much cooler.
