Hi I am making a entertainment website with a community aspect for up and coming artists. Also news, music, and videos. Can you all please help me by visiting it and telling what you think and what can be better before I launch it late next week.

The site is Home*-*Underground INnertainment

Thank you all.

just looking at the title tag, it's obvious that you need to do a lot of SEO.

The site doesnt display correctly in firefox.. and the design (white on black) hurts my eyes.

Good Luck

The title tag also struck me as odd, just because it shows "Home-Underground INnertainm...". I don't know how that affects search engines.

<meta name="keywords" content="hip-hop, hip hop, music, music videos, hip hop music, hip hop videos, hip hop news, hip hop events, news, events, urban, rapper, mc, beats, promotional, artist, producers, resource, portal" /> probably could be tuned up search engines.

The black background is a little boring.

dont bother. the keyword tag wont do much for search engines... get your title and description tag sorted.. and good content.

First of all sort out the site's appearance

The light on dark color scheme isn't well implemented. The content should prove popular.

thank you

First of all thank you to all who have posted and the site. I have not yet worked out the seo very much, I am going to do this over the weekend. My main concern is the view and layout, colors, pretty much how it looks and anything else. I know the black is a little boring I had a graphic before but I did not like how it was going. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to spice it up some or how to make it better. I dabble in graphics some but I enjoy more setting up the backend. Also I notice that IE6 has some problems with my mootools but I have thought that firefox, opera, safari worked well for the site. What did not display correctly in ff may I ask. Again thank you to all and any suggestions I will take very seriously. Please keep them coming.

You should follow up on the hype culture. The colors should be more vibrant with solid graphic designing works. This will not only pull in more viewers, but keep them surfing your page. Keep the colors fresh =) very important.

Try to design it with an urban style, kinda hip and stylish. Improve navigation. Improve keywords, probably specific ones. Best of luck!

I agree. Improving the keywords is a big help. Make a nice header, too.

Hi!

The layout looks pretty good to me, reminded me of a black IPod. although it was a bit slow I think on my browser, which is Firefox anyway.

Keep workin on that site! Cheers!
