Hey, i like the site and the concept idea. I would say that you should have a deeper landing page beyond the postings, so that you could optimize the keywords. I figure that way it could show up in other search engines and get more people to see and use it. Marketing should be your main concern because the product is effecient its just people need to know. I would also say ease up on the "snap link' ads so not to deter people from your intent initially.

It is a nice site. Overall, it reminds me of FML (concept and all). You may want to have someone create a more deeper landing page, as someone mentioned above. You have no Google Analytics code, and you do not have custom error pages. I would definitely do those 2 things. Google Analytics allows you to view a lot of information about how people accessed your site, links they visited, etc. My company, Cloud Nine IT Services, can do all of the above mentioned things. You may want to also create a Facebook page, and perhaps advertise on Facebook.

orange colour just hurt my eyes a little

Concept of the site is good, but orange color hurts my eyes Other wise every thing is fine.

No problem, I came across another similar site called MyLifeIsAverage but think your site looks a lot more appealing and easier to use. Just a suggestion but how about have a 'Rough of the day' box, where the highest rated upload is featured every 24 hours on the front page.
