I don't really like the layout, it looks like every other cash for gold site. You should mix it up a bit - be original.

This site still needs SEO to be done. How the person sending you their gold be sure that he recieves any money or expected amount from it. For example, I think my golden ring should be worth at least $100 as that what it was valued by local jewlery shop. But you can value it for $10 and send a check only for $10? Or just forget to send out the check, claiming it was lost in post.

I think the site looks clean and professional. However, if I were thinking of sending you gold, I would want to know right up front on the front page somewhere where I'm sending it to.

Asthetically your site looks good. It was easy on the eye and didn't feel over cramped. As far as the trustworthy thing goes, I feel the business model itself feels a tad slimy. Seems a little used car sales. Just my opinion and it is usually wrong.
