please let me know if i should keep going the way i am, or add things like maybe a gallery or a toolbar which i have but not added option for viewers to get. I want to add a forums but need more traffic then 10k a month.

I just feel that you are putting too much of contents on 1 page. This make your content column is too long compare to your sidebar.
