By the way, 'pretend site' was made on Photoshop -- is this ok for portfolio items?

Please note, the portfolio items have now moved to the main page and the navigation is in a bit of a mess at the moment

Have you tried using wix.com to create your website/portfolio? I think they are good for web designing portfolios.

Otherwise I do not find anything wrong with your new sites.
