I find the font difficult to read. The size of your menu could be increased, as well.

Your call to action on the home page needs to be more prominent. (Click here)

Hey Colin, here goes...

Great site - Thanks for sharing it! Here are some thoughts:

1 - Your quote process, which is pretty cool I think, does not validate the users input before proceeding to the next step (at least in FF3). Use simple javascript checks to be sure the user is entering the necessary information and it's formatted properly. Also give them the option to use a quick submission process, where they just give you their name, email and phone and request a call. The more options you give and validation you perform the better your applications results will be. Put the steps on top too - usability studies have proven this user preference over and over again

2 - The services linkage appears broken. It looks like you were trying to rewrite the URL based on the the selected service, but once in the services section, the page does not change and that will probably hurt you in terms of internal linking strategy.

3 - Misc. stuff (in the spirit of keeping this brief). Get some nice graphics going on top of each service, they seem a bit bland with just block copy. I highly recommend moving from Flash, unless you're actually showing video content, toward JavaScript / Ajax. Likewise, move from inline, graphical navigation to CSS. Ok, lastly.. try to call all of your styles and scripts via external files - they tend to clutter things up and slow down page load.

I hope the critique is taken in the spirit which it was requested.
Your site looks great! My compliments on your branding efforts and PR4 rank!
