at first glance my thoughts are too many ads. Your advertisement to content ratio is too high on the upper portion of your site. You have to scroll down to really see anything.

Your website has some charm If you only had a subject more interesting than that same old, boring, tired "how to make money" theme. You come across as witty and potentially funny. Find a real subject that has substance, and money will find you.
