The good and the bad.

Our company is changing sports training and our customers like the site so far but I would like unbiased opinions, since those athletes like our system.

yeah i think it looks fairly good.

I find that the fadeshow is too fast. it takes your concentration away from the rest of the site...

Also with you SEO:
I can see from the title that some basic optimization has been done; I think with the nature of your business, you should be targeting your geographic area as well. This should drastically improve you SERPS.

Oh. and maybe a left and right border down the sides of the yellow block.

The site looks good. I hate you physically fit in shape people. You make me feel like I should do something to get myself in shape ... I know that I'm 31 now and it's gonna catch up to me in another 10 years or so. =)

Good job on the site. The flash actually came up fine in my browser, which is good because most doesn't. Linux is funny about videos and my system's not really made for it. I do all my graphics stuff on a windows box.

It didn't take my concentration off of the rest of the conent, but I don't think it would hurt if you slowed it down like Dylan said either.

I have to say that I like how simple it is. It's not overly bloated with a bunch of crap no one wants to see. Hope it works for ya. What are you doing about driving people there other than posting on forums?

I like the way you designed it, its very simple but looks great. The flash don't have any problem at all, the time frame is perfect for a sport site like this. Good job!

Very nice, I like the color flow. I believe color flow on a website is very important. If you have wrong colors you can shut down visitors. I know this sounds kinda sad but if a company has an odd looking website with off beat colors i leave annoyed and dont go back.

Thanks for the reviews guys, it was a nice boost to my company's confidence. Right now, we are working exclusively through referrals, this way it keeps us from dealing with a lot of unmotivated clients. Also, we have been very successful with our athletes this far, so when they refer someone they are excited when they come to our site.

However, we will be going mainstream very soon and offering some interesting incentives that are sure to create buyers.

1. Overall good site
2. Improvement - each title landing page to be different so you can include more info for visitor as well as for SEO purposes. Having the same picture and flash is a waste of valuable space.
