The blue on the dark color looks gud!! Until the user scrolls down and his eyes falls on the orange color!!! Use either one but not both!!

Ask a quest, Careers, Partners: The image has a different bgcolor than that of your site!!! Seems quite weird!!! Have the image transparent!

Work a little bit on the design also!!

Then it will be ok!

Also yoour top level navigation needs some attention!! Be carefull with it!
thats wat the users will see at the first glimpse of the page!

Exceptional Logo.

Blue text on black backgound on the careers page needs to be changed to a lighter color like white.

Webstore looks generic. Try taking out the borders around the tables.

Good color scheme with the blues and the grays.
