I would give you my first impression. I don't feel the site is very trustworthy. It's just a gut reaction. I would put your welcome video on the top of the page. To me this would make your website more unique and personal.

You have a main navigation. Why there is a second navigation(green horizontal bar) below the main one? This is not user friendly and at some point it would create some confusion to your users. Take this out and add another name on the main navigation. By doing this. your main navigation has no distraction or whatsoever. A very good website should have a very clean navigational theme.
