Ouch...maybe its because your prices are so high. I don't remember which site we got our stuff printed from, because it was about a year ago, but a 24" x 24" only cost us about $80...where as on your site it would have cost us more than double that.

I think you should lower the price by giving some discounts to your customers and communicate your unique position in that niche so that your customers know that you are different and your price is also competitive.

Looks like great quality... I would research other companies to get an idea of price range versus product. Is the product you offer worth the price you are charging or is it more for the manual labor? Communicate that information and I think that will help.

Your site overall looks nice... the CRIB, is it supposed to be an acronym? Doesnt' match up to the description next to it... but doesn' necessarily look bad.

The site is good. Perhaps your prices don't compete with places like Shutterfly (who do other photo services as well).

I'd suggest going back and revamping your prices. I am sure your like every other business owner and want to make a good amount but the prices seem a bit high. This statement is coming WITHOUT checking the prices of others. I'll update my post after checking out some of your competitors prices.

    Hi Jeremy
You have a nice website, my suggestion is to post your base price right on the homepage. People make decisions about something within a few seconds of looking at something. I know that when i see something I like and the price seems reasonable, sometimes i'll buy it because the price seemed right for me to continue clicking, even if I decide to upgrade once I have clicked, hey, they got me to continue clicking. Maybe something like "8 x 10 portrait only $75, makes a great gift!" and it will draw attention.

Thumbs up Nothing wrong with the web site

I love what you do. I would buy it myself but my first response is that it is expensive for a want vs a need --
The second response is since I like it for my three year old son, I might check other places for better prices, but since this is a want more than a need I might end up just thinking of it and never acting on buying from you or your competition even if your prices are actually competitive and i might have bought from you on the first place. A lower price can entice to immediate action, at least on cases like mine.

I wanted share my rationale as to how I act as a consumer.

    The best of lucks
