I personally feel the overall design of the site is pretty good. But it definitely could use some work still.
First your generic girl holding a computer picture. I am pretty sure I have seen it on other sites before. My guess is that you bought it from istockphoto.com and so have many others. You need to be careful to not use some stock stuff that is just hackneyed any more.
Second it doesn't seem to me that you have any definite color scheme. Kinda like a rainbow just fell onto the page. You have a little bit of everything but seeems to be connected in any way.
Third the entire page is static. The information doesn't change, the links don't have any hover effects, It just got a little boring.
Forth on your service page, I have to scroll down past your huge header to find very little information about what it is you do. And if I am not mistaken you are using a Windows Vista background image as the background for that div. If that is the case you should probably change it to something you created.
That is it. I think the site looks like it was professionally made. But in my opinion those are a few things that you might want to look into changing.

I agree with the two posts before me.
Overall I think it's a very well laid out page though. I do like how the important information that I want to know and get too is laid out right on the homepage. It really makes the initial impression of the site very strong. I hate getting to a homepage and then having to dig for the information needed.
