Very Good Start

It's not bad! A couple of quick thoughts.

Your website should immediately convey who you are and why you matter to your target. In the top banner, you refer to yourselves as "Talent Management Technology Experts," then below as "Strategic Human Resources Management And Technology Consultants." Pick one to focus one.

There's a great message in your 3-paragraph copy block: technology should enable HR. I'd bring that forward in a compelling headline, and get rid of the "Welcome to Defoe..." line. You've already introduced yourselves in the banner, so you don't need that anyway.

Remember, folks make a judgment about your business in a matter of seconds. So make sure you get your best points up fast. Good luck!
