The only thing I would say is that the longer quotes at the top fade out too fast to read properly.

It looks good, very clean your work is nice. Problem is that once you hit the homepage, it does not scream graphic designer. I feel there is too much clutter on the homepage. I would consider making a horizontal site navigation menu with CSS sub menu drop downs when you hover over, that would significantly reduce the clutter. keep up the good work.
