The site looks great. I don't mind the login being at the bottom. I'd like to give you some constructive criticism so please take it with a grain of salt and glean what you want out of it. I wouldn't buy from your company based on the website message. The mesage I got is this: were cheap, we're new, we have expensive servers and we're in the USA. To me, that formula doesn't work.
For $1.75 per month I expect for the servers to be oversubscribed 486's and for you to be in India or Asia. I think Mastercard charges $1.75 per transaction so given what I know about business, I don't see how your going to stay afloat and one day in the not too distant future my domain will stop working. Maybe this is the genius of your product, but if that is the case then you need to explain to me why with your website.
If I were you, I'd go in a totally different direction. I'd stress the 24 hour response time, that your in silicon valley and raise the rates to at least $7 per month. The best sales tool on your website is the about us page. I'd try and drive people to that page. Get them on your side. If your in America then you need to stress that. Also, if you can alleviate financial concerns that would be a good idea. If you have a parent company or some sort of financial backing then you need to mention it.
One other thing I noticed is you say "10GB of bandwidth." Is that monthly transfer or the size of the pipe?

Just remember, noone expects you to compete with the Asians on price. They will pay more for service. I'm sure you guys will be successful but I think you need to change the message
