Need to improve my first website? Tell me how.

This is my first website. I have been working on it for about 3 months. I think it is pretty good, but of course, i am biased because it is my own creation. Please tell me what else I can do or need to change to make it better. Thank you. The site is listed in my signature.

It looks like an infomercial. I don't care for it. If it had more of a blog look to it, I would perceive it as providing me value, rather than just asking me to pay. Also, pictures are always good.

1. Color usage suggest to me that this is some sort of pron site.
2. Overall centered display with no break in between suggest to me that this is a very bad site. Nothing much for my eye moment to actually stop to take a look on.

On scale 1 - 10 (10 = good), I think this deserved only a 2.

OK. so I am clear that there is a lot of problems, but nobody has suggested how to fix any of them. I need some feedback on what I can do to fix it. I am not trying to get traffic from this particular forum, I need opinions so that I can improve it. It is supposed to be a money making website that ultimately sells the visitor on becoming a member, but if it does not appeal to you, then it does me no good if I don't know how to fix it. I like the color scheme, but maybe it is too bold.

totally redesign your site. use a layout that is a little more page friendly. There's too much text all on one page. You obviously didn't really work for 3 months on the layout. It was made in front page 5.0 in about 10 minutes and the code is even sloppy. I'm all about never seeing another health site again. really. But I understand the allure to that market. You wanna sell it? Spend about $500 on a decent website and another $5,000 on pushing the name. I'm not going into the whole marketing thing here again, we've been through this too much, but you're in a saturated market my friend. It's like the middle of a can of crisco.
