I like the logo. But I think it is too big. Your header looks too plain because of it. Looks like something is missing.

about the header.. i agree with dfveteran - it's still not perfect yet.
I think you should play on that circle design by turning the "home" "portfolio" "prices" "contact us" into circles and eliminating the lines across the header. You could zigzag the circle placement across the top of wrap the four circles to curve with your logo...

Looks fine but improve your banner and make it smaller. You should show your edge from other designers out there. Remember, lots of them aside from you. Best of luck!

Its not as ugly as i had first though, which can only be a good thing.

The code however, <table> based, you should really convert it to a CSS only layout.

Also, the code doesnt validate at w3.validator.org

I don't care for the white sides, and I, like any other potential customer, is always more receptive to pictures. I would advise adding a few to the homepage.
