firefox told me that it blocked a pop-up. for me that is a big no no, most of people on the web hate pop-ups. The live chat div that pop-up is also annoying. apart from that i like it, looks quite clean and loaded fast... keep up the good work

I agree, overall the design is nice and simple + loaded fast.

One thing: may you consider extending the width of the page? Just because it currently is a bit too narrow, especially as most modern monitors now are widescreen. Also by extending the width the header would not look so overloaded with info/graphics.

For the left had navigation bar:

I would make it extend to the very bottom. I can see the color difference between the background of the site (the gray) and main content background (white).

Also with javascript turned off, your navigation bar isn't loading. You really need to have a noscript tag in there to give people a javascript free option. If I were just a regular browser I would have gone back to google and looked for another page because I wouldn't have been able to get around. your site.
