Layout looks nice and simple and easy to understand but the logo looks really boring and dated!

it's not loading for me. The only advice I have for you is try to prevent spam. Once it starts getting spam two things will happen people won't like to go on it, as people don't like to see the same thing over and specially spammers like to post things that are not interesting to most people.and another thing that will happen is nobody will post in it =

wow.. yea i totally agree.. the logo looks like its 10 years old.. but the site is nice

I guess you have to redesign your logo. It looks fine for me (overall).
