Any feedback on the site would be absolutely awesome, I put it all together just over a year ago and since then I have tried to slim it down (it used to have a news page, videos and event galleries etc).
Do you think it needs anything more? The links on the home page are temporary and will be moved soon. Also, the wording on the home page will be updated slightly if I take on a partner.

Very nice splash/landing page.
The main suggestion I would give is that you strive for a more organized and 'modern' look, with very clean lines and everything inside of something so it looks like it fits together better. The site as it is now has sort of a messy feel to it because all the information and pictures are a bit scattered and have no particular organization. Other than that, you could try playing around with some more vibrant colors, but I wouldn't use too many. Simplicity is key.

To give an example so you know what I mean, try looking over this web-site: Wilhelmina Models
It's a modeling agency with a very modern/simple feel to it. Everything is inside of a box of sorts so it looks more organized. Another example that is much closer to what you've already done is ford models. You can check them out here:

I think the site looks great. The only thing I would recommend is you get your own domain name, if it's possible with your host. Subdomains aren't as professional and they are harder for people to remember.

Oh, and between those two ads on the top of the homepage I would put a logo, banner or picture.

I like the site... Some of the pictures are not of the highest quality. You should also try to have more pictures of each of the models. You currently only have three (from the few that I looked at). You mentioned before that you used to have an events section. I would bring that back as it shows that you are actually booking events. This would help with recruiting and sales.

Thanks a lot for the feedback, its great to get these ideas about my site. I will have a play around later and see what I can come up with. The site does have a Domain (Primadona Model Agency Glasgow), but there might be a name change further down the line, so that might be updated soon. Thanks for the examples and offer noumenon, I will definitely keep that in mind!

Some of the Models profiles will be getting updated with higher quality photographs, and there is an idea floating around for an option for them to upgrade to a premium package and have an entire gallery with lots more photographs.
