After looking it through for a good five minutes I can tell that you spent a lot of time on it. I think it has a good look to it and the more information you can put on, the better. I think its a great start though!!

I think the site has a very sharp appearance. I would recommend that you get rid of the ‘welcome to my page’ thing that keeps flying around at the top of your main page. Maybe have it come out once and then stay. It is distracting to a reader.

well, looks nice but I can't hardly see your navigation links, maybe change the font or make it a little bigger. The white circle pixelized, maybe make it smooth. Add some content. Good luck!
