I really approve of the simplicity of your site. Itr shows that its all about service and function. The team picture is a great crisp touch, and projects exactly hwta its supposed to: confidence, happiness and energy. Besides from a few lacking smiles here and there (which I think could pass anyway) this is a great idea.

It is important to distinguish between simplicity and blandness.
The organization of the topics is simple and efficient.
The aesthetic effect a simple layout might have is thoroughly destroyed by the google ads.
That contributes to blandness. They need a touch of something besides white space.

my biggest complaint is that the site 30+ seconds to load on my cable connection..not sure why tho

To be honest, in my personal opinion it's just too plain. But that's just my design taste.
