Joomla Web Developer minor site changes

I recently made some changes to my web site for my Joomla Web Development company. I know there is more i can do in regards to visual images for the site like in the area where i have the three tabs for 'Google Analytics, Joomla Training Course and Joomla e-Commerce Package' and other modules on the site. The Flash looking module with the four linking content articles is one way i have added creative images. What do you think of it?

Today i also added the Search Engine Optimization benifits video, my first of many! How did i sound, was i clear and confident sounding? what could i do to improve on future videos?

i recently sent out my first newsletter to all contacts i have made being a Joomla Web Developer. If you visit the link below it holds the link to newsletters i place in the actual newsletter for web viewing. What are you initial thoughts at first glance if you were a potential client/lead for my company where you did not sign up for paid Joomla Web Development services or opt-in to the newsletter?
Joomla Web Development | Newsletter - Turn Around Media - www.turnaroundmedia.com

My initial reasons for having text based site was for SEO purposes. Sure properly placed images(title, alt and more) help as well but for this domain i am trying a different approach.

Truth be told id rather hear flaws than compliments, but compliments are not declined.

NOTE: FOR ANY SEO GURU'S... what are your thoughts on this domain Joomla Web Develop
