Hello Sam,
I think you need to work on the header, too much blank space. You haven't included the name of your site any where in the header.
I would be careful letting people post without registering because of Spam comments. You'll get enough Spam with requiring registration.
What's your plan on getting member's?

Yeah, I just put it out there.... Still working on the header. I have no strategy for a marketing plan. The forums were actually a strategy to attract people while I build the main site. Any ideas?

so the main site is going to be a much cheaper/cleaner job search engine than any alternative.
