JoBlessYou! is going to change both the way people search for jobs and candidates. Unlike all other sites, JoBlessYou is a real-time results engine . Like other sites, recruiters will be presented with the best candidates, as soon as they enter their job description, and some other keywords to help assist their search. As new candidates enter their resumes, JoBlessYou will continue to passively notify the interested recruiters via their favorite social networks, in real-time.
For the job hunter, their user interface will be the same as any major database. They will put in their user information, and be able to place more than one resume in the database. Their linked-in profile, blog, etc. will be attached to their application. The beauty is that by tailoring the resume to a job they want, the employee will be able to dictate the types of recruiters they hear from. Since they are in a real time search database, they needn’t worry about applying to every opportunity that comes in front of them.
