About LinkBacksI think I am happy with the site layout. It is simple but has some nice colors and graphics, not to much though and I beleive it is easy on the eyes.

the homepage needs help. maybe use a premade free template and then customize it for your purposes.

Are you talking about display or about navigating the site? Is it not clear enough what the site does when you first see it?
