I'm on a very tight budget right now.

I want a social networking feature added as soon as possible.
It's just not fun without the ability to communicate with the others visiting the website.

The only problem is that i don't have the money to do so, so if there's anyone who's willing to be my partner then send me a PM and we can talk about how you can be paid.
Perhaps give you a percentage of all the profits.

You should check out Jihad on You! it's a different idea but may give some help with the way it works. You can declare 'things that you hate, or declare what you hate about someone'. Just a suggestion. There are some free networks out there like phpizabi and dolphin but they might be too elaborate for what you need. As for the logo I would do a free one for you, I'm looking to expand my portfolio.

Yeah i've heard about phpizabi and such, but it's really not what i'm looking for.

That website is pretty interesting, perhaps i can learn something from it.

It's not too bad, but when I first wen there it seemed like something was missing on the site. Like, I don't know, it just felt kind of empty. I know you said you were on a budget, but maybe if you could put some pictures on there or something. It'd just give more of a lifey feel.
