Flash - creative design

I've told you guys that I'm designer but I've never really shown any of my work. So at the moment, I'm working on a Flash layout and I want to know what you guys think. Thanks.

Flash has no SEO benefits, but that's a sweet site.

It looks nice, but it took forever to load. I am not that big a fam of flash, only because I feel that it can possibly distract from the purpose of the site.

It works for you since you are flash designer, so keep it up.

Good Luck

LOL yeah. I wouldn't reccommend it if you were trying to get listed or get traffic, but it's perfect for established corporate brands trying to create a unique visual identity on the internet, photography and (obviously) design. You can implement flash into general web pages, but full flash files are a no-go for SEO.

Jack,

Not bad at all. You seem to have a good eye for details and expertise in Flash. I recommend flash designs for interactive brochures so make sure that you put emphasis on that with the services you offered.

I've always thought that interactive designers have a great future ahead with interactive-kiosk, cds, entertainment and educational materials. That might be an very untapped market than the over saturated web design field.

This is not to discourage you but only to give you a broad range of untapped market. I've been seeing interactive laundry mats around, gas stations, not to mention supermarket check out lines, too.

Just ideas to ponder during the downtimes. ;-)

Very nice. I used to dabble in Flash but swapped to CSS/HTML design in order to get the search engine benefits. That design is way slicker than anything I ever created.

Make sure you use those meta tags to get some search rank.

It didn't take too long to load for me. This is excellent.

A bit overwhelmed by the black spaces but all in all this is sweet. The movements didn't really distract me from the content which is a really good thing.
