Its nice and effective with very clean programming, two things to consider however, which version of flash you are using? it should be around 7 because 99% of everyone has that one but only around 90% have flash player 9 installed, so they may not view the banner all together - which would be bad because you phone number is on it. You can create a java script app which checks what flash version the use has and gives them an appropriate file. Also, the flash header takes to long to display the phone number, the number should be the first thing up - play the animations behind the header. Also consider th size of the flash banner, it should be under 20k if its not then some people may have to wait for a few sec especially older audiences that do not use the computer too much and may still be on a 56k modem (a lot of people still have modems so you shouldn't ignore them).
