There's a LOT going on. Nothing really grabbed my attention. I like for a website to help me focus my attention on the most important part of the site, through use of font, color, pics, and layout. Your Ads by Google grabbed my attention more than anything else. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that's not a good thing.

JMenq is right, the first thing that catches my eye is the google ads. Then, I had to strain to see what the page is about. Not good, it seems like your page needs more organization and more links from the home page, so that not so much is going on. Focus on the main parts of your site, which looks like you are trying to sell turnkey websites. I would provide some examples of the types of turnkey websites you provide so visitors can know what they are getting into from the jump.

Thanks for your feedback guys, i think your right. I think i will replace the google adsense with links to all my other pages

It's a little better, but there's nothing to really grab someone's attention and focus them on the most important message on the page. That would help out greatly.
