I've said it once and I'll say it again - remove all ads from your webshop. Under no circumstances should an ecommerce focused website place advertisements. Reasons should be obvious.

Not a bad start though. Nice domain url. Decent architecture for a store. The first thing I would remove (other than the ads) is the first thing you may see; "Welcome to DIYDevices..." on the top left header. It's unnecessary and repetitious. Your logo which is nice, does that for you.

Try removing all that extra clutter of the home page's header to make it look like every other page's header. It could be cleaner, less distracting and "templatey".

I like the logo though, I think it looks very 'rememberable'
