In the "Welcome to MortgageRefinancingSecond.com" there does seem to be a couple grammar issues. The first two sentences seem to have problems.

I did not really look at any other parts.

The colorscheme and layout looks fine but I must confess that I'm not fond of your choice of logo/pics.

simple and clear, needs finishing off and a bit of flair.

images are all screwed up and distorted. make sure you set the height and width parameters in your img tags and crop them appropriately.

Maybe add a gradient to the blue bars to make the site look a little more professional?
