Clienteq.com - product website of on-line collaboration tool

    Hi all!

We are close to release 1.0 version of Clienteq. Its beta was launched on TechCrunch '08 and later got some awards like BlogCamp CEE winner, SVOD finalist. Our path from beta to 1.0 took longer than we thought, so now we need to get a fresh view of outside people before we announce 1.0 release. So, we ask everybody to share your thoughts on our design and webcopy.

A little bit of background. Working with clients is the hardest part for professional services firms such as advertising agencies, law firms, consulting companies, etc. Clienteq helps to keep client communication organized. All typical stuff such as status reporting, meeting minutes, document sharing, brainstormings become very easy to do. Also, it offers a smart way to track if client is happy or not. I don't want to get deeper in product description - just go and see at clienteq.com (active link is in my signature)

    Looking forward to everybody's thougts

Site is very well designed and informative. With that being said-your success depends on how you promote your service in such a crowded space.

Site looks good but the pricing setup is extremely awkward. The point of signing up for a bigger account should not just be to gain access to that but also to save them a few bucks, thus encouraging them to sign up for a larger account rather than a smaller one because it is somewhat more economical. Not only that, but the numbers are awkward, 41.25, 82.50, 165.00? Start at the bottom and work up, not the other way around. Try 40.00, 75.00, 140.00...easier to calculate in your own mind and easier to see that you save money as the level gets higher.
