I would love if someone could give me some constructive criticism on my new website

I have signed up for the Google web optimiser etc; and I'm doing my very best to get it ranked etc;
I'm totally new to all this, so please excuse my inexperience.
I would also appreciate any comments on where I could get an availability calendar and how to accept credit card payments online.
Maybe someone on this forum can offer that service.
Plus it would be great to get some advice on who to link to and how to increase my rankings.
