I've got a swedish blog about personal finance. And this niche is very "undeveloped" in sweden. I want to evolve this market and launch a ranking system which may bring me some visitiors.

you can implement Alexa API to create an equivalent of gurudaq.com...after which time you can ask all other sites that you're ranking to link back to your site (or be removed from the index)

likewise, you can do the same thing by using tools like feeddigest.com to launch an uber blog, which automatically aggregates and publishes posts from all other personal finance blogs on one website/rss feed
