any legal issues? auto site review

I posted a link prior however since than i have made alot of changes to the site and added more content.

Pretty much my concept is providing a shortcut to automotive information ( online stores,news articles,forums)

So basically the site will have nothing but links to other sites
are there any legal issues with linking to other sites? even articles and such considering i am taking no credit for anything on the site just setting up the information that is already out there in a more organized fashion pertaining to the industry as opposed to be scattered all over the net.

I know there are issues with images but i havent really found any concret information that can hold me back from this point. Eventually would like to start putting more ads and possible making some revenue that way as well.

I am doing research daily before i continue further , so if anyone can review the site and/or provide me with some legal insight that would be great! perhaps eliminate all google ads from the site and work to eventually get direct advertisement going?
