I think it looks much better! a little more pro if you ask me.
I saw that you offer graphic designers as well? Do you subcontract them? where do you find them and how do you make sure they are talented and equipped to handle the task?

I like the site. It looks pretty good. I am not aware, but what type of competition do you have?

Not sure why you have advertisements on your page in the lower right, unprofessional for a professional services firm. And you should remove the "last updated" at the bottom of all pages. At first glance, too much text on the front page (or weird font/size combo that makes it seem like a lot of text). The "Plans" page doesn't provide any information about pricing, which is confusing. On the "Join Our Team" page, some text is cutoff. Also, You Are as a contraction is You're, not Your. Inconsistent font faces, colors and sizes on the different pages is slightly annoying too. Your theme should be consistent.

You're just the person I was hoping would find this. Thanks! The advertisements are coming off I just haven't had time to do it quite yet.

The graphic artists unlike the va's are local and people I have worked with for years and years. I wont subcontract graphic work to anyone I don't know they have to have proven skills and my head artist reviews all files to make sure everything is done professionally and done the right way before they begin working with us. All of them have worked for corporations or do work for corporations on a steady basis doing all graphic and marketing work so they are totally pros.

Hi,
I am not a technical expert but the PDF link on you website shows this:
"Warning: TCPDF::include(/home/content/s/a/l/salinasam/html/language/pdf_fonts/arial.php) [function.TCPDF-include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/s/a/l/salinasam/html/libraries/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 1909
Warning: TCPDF::include() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/content/s/a/l/salinasam/html/language/pdf_fonts/arial.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/s/a/l/salinasam/html/libraries/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 1909
TCPDF error: Could not include font definition file"
Now i dont know if its my fault or yours :-) ...
Also in the "Join Our Team" page it states "Sign up below to reach one of our human resources team members. " but for some reasons i am not able to find anything to Sign Up with...
----> overall i really like the layout and the way you have portrayed the firm.
Good Job !!!
