    Strawp would appreciate feedback/ critique

Hey everyone, I'm new here. I just started an online based car broker business in St. Louis about two months ago called, "Strawp." Just to be clear, I don't buy vehicles from auctions for people or sell vehicles. I simply handle all the time and hassle put into buying a car to save individuals time and hassle doing it themselves. You can find my website by typing in Strawp.com A college buddy helped me create the site using Wordpress. I've had around 300 people visit my site with only 2 submitting applications to get started. I feel like my site is missing something or isn't delivering the message well enough. I would appreciate any feedback on how to make it better or make my business better in general. If you know of any issues you have had in the past with buying a car (used or new), please let me know. I want to help people have an easier/ less stressful car buying experience. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks a ton!

Yikes, very expensive for getting someone to buy a car for you, personally I think its the best part of the experience, I would want you to pay me to handle the negotiation..

Site wise, I like it, I think its clean cut, very clear and easy to navigate, I suggest you keep the code and change the business model !

Believe it or not, I've been told I'm cheap. Some people find the car buying experience fun, and others find it a burden; that's why I created Strawp. I am considering putting a price on each of the three actions (Find, Buy, & Deliver) as a option for those that don't need the full package. Any more thoughts? Thanks for the feedback!

i think the site looks very good - very professional. have you gotten any signups yet? My suggestion would be to make the signup form a little less to fill out. after you have their email saved, then request the fields that you need.

Thanks! I have gotten two not-serious sign-ups so far. Currently working on putting a explainer video on the homepage and working with the press to get me noticed in the city.

Does it work finding cars within 50 mile radius? if NO how do you pay for costs of transportation, going and seeing a not so good car and other possible issues. If the services you are providing is restricted by the area you cover then you will have some difficulties as the only people i see that may use your services is finding rear cars it wont work for your average car.

Don't concentrate on your site design focus on the concept that is whether the service you are providing is needed by the consumer or not, all the other stuff cosmetics.

Get your pricing right too after you check all your real costs including your time.
