Honestly, I find the colors a bit aggressive. Yellow is quite a strong color which is your background color. There are lots of other very bold colors, red, green blue purple. I am not a designer by any means, but that is my first impression. Maybe look at only using one or 2 aggressive colors?

Another thing that bothers me is that the links and the writing are both black. I always think that a site should have a distinct color for hyperlinks because a user should immediately know what they can click on.

I think the layout is good and clear.

The speed is perfect. I am using a fast connection, but the site renders in a snap.

One more thing...the site seems to have some issues with ie7 and ie8. When you hover on a menu item, the item vanishes. I work in a big bank and I can tell you that there are lots of bored people out there surfing the net on ie7 and ie8 every day Id recommend not disregarding these browsers, even though supporting them is quite painful.

No problem quickbees. Best idea would be to run some of my comments by some friends or family and see if they agree. If a few people agree that is a good indication that it's worth investing time into changing.
