Please review my web based application for auto repair shop owners - RepairWalker

    Hi,

I have developed this web application for independent auto repair shop owners. Your suggestion and feedback is very helpful.

You can visit the web application from website: repairwalker.com

    Thanks,

    Freddy

Congrats on the concept! This seems like a very good web app. Your website looks like it was made on a WYSIWYG editor, which is ok, but you may seek the help of a web designer in the future to smooth out the site. After all you are an on line business and you want to represent yourself as a professional.

    Now, your FAQs page...

    Where is the pricing chart?
We have not come up with a pricing chart yet. For now we are charging every customer 15$ per month. You can add unlimited number of customers and unlimited numbers of repairs to your shop.
You may want to reword this. My instant impression is that you don't know what you are doing. Don't tell your potential customer that you haven't come up with a pricing chart yet. Say something like "Introductory price of $15 per month for new customers", then work out your pricing details later - in private!

    Good luck to you!!

    Sean,

Thanks for your review. It really helped.

I did rush through when working on the landing page. Sure, I will work on this to make it look more professional.

Removing the "haven't come up with a pricing chart yet" really makes sense.

Thank again for taking time to review and for giving your feeback.

    thanks,

    Freddy
