    It makes it more organised and appealing, rather than getting people that are not going to be interested reviewing the site e.g due to lack of interest in the industry the site operates.

    I disagree. Too many rules online in general already. I'm not annoyed by someone saying "Plz review my site." Doesn't bother me a bit.
