How do I convert these visitors into contributors?

Over 200 visits so far on my Indiegogo fundraiser campaign, and the only money raised was what I put in. I know I'm not a marketing person, maybe I'm just not reaching the right people. Please take a moment to review my campaign and let me know what your thoughts are. Thank you.

P.S. I guess I'm not allowed to post the link. Please go to Indiegogo dot com and search for "Cooler Pets Start-Up"

Seriously though, 70 people read my post and NO replies? Oddly enough, that's exactly the same problem I'm having with my Indiegogo campaign. Now up to 329 visitors. $0 contributed. I'm getting the traffic, and as far as I can tell, I'm doing the right things to reach the right people. I have no clue what's wrong. Any help or insight would be great. Thank you.

Troy: Cracksite posted spam to get his link picked up by the search engines, you can ignore him.

Regarding your Cooler Pets Car Invention, I do not know what to say. I do not know how to turn visitors into financial supporters. In fact, I never understood why people give money like that to for profit businesses when there are quite a few charities that need it.

My only advice is that you might be doing your marketing in the wrong place. You should be hitting dog owners forums and pet forums rather than places like this. Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 posts here will be spam without any merit.

Once online visitors reach your landing page for a top- or middle-of-the-funnel piece of content, there is one more major step they must take: converting. These online visitors are potential customers who are not ready to make a purchase yet, but are considering giving you their personal information in exchange for some more educational content about your industry, product, service or company.

Hi, I went to your website and campaign as well.

I don't know where your are advertising, who is your target people (to get conversions). If you share more details then it will help to trrack out in a easy way. Like who are the people visting your website like you said you are getting 200 visits now if i consider those traffic from this thread then for you people here will not make purchase. Like me, I went to your website to see the issue you are facing but not to make sale for you. So you need to be make sure about marketing facts that can bring some result to you.

Data aggregators and demographic/infographic sites are your "friend" in the never-ending battle to drive a campaign home. In addition to using the data aggregators and sites like Alexa,Buzz Feed among others. Mobile marketing ads with coupon with help drive the campaign home. A majority of the information you acquire will be used to spin and crank out an updated user-driven more aggressive marketing campaign that will be tailored for your industry/fundraiser. My motto "make it pop". Make it standout from the next person. Logos, innuendos, and sublties actually work. They drive home to the viewer/visitor an message of "Yes,I need to donate to this...."

I think it is a good idea, but the campaign page needs some work. Just showing a schematic diagram doesn't really make it obvious what the product does. See if you can get an artist to draw up some concept art to give people a better idea of what you have in mind.

Also, think about some other incentive besides the e-books. I think e-books have a bad reputation as being low quality work peddled by internet marketers. Consider offering a discount off of the finished product based on how much people give.

Finally, sell the idea, then ask for money. Right now, you don't even get into a sales pitch until the bottom half of the page. By then, most people have lost interest. Move the pitch up to the top, and explain the product from the get-go. Then get into the details about funding.

    Best of luck!
