The website is alliancedirectmgmt.com Any thoughts on the logo, layout and content would be appreciated.

The gist of what we do is property management, as you can tell from the site and as you can tell by checking on the services page. We are still in the stage of adding more stuff to the site, but intend on keeping this basic layout unless we get some more suggestions.

The logo is lacking to say the least. Although a minimalist design is always a safe bet; this is over-kill...!

Your "Title/Splash Page/Header," should always over power everything. Your splash page is way out of proportion; maybe you could re-locate some elements? If you were to shrink and rearrange the entire top element... you'd be good to go.

Try placing your design in a grid within your software.

The logo needs some work, it's just a bit dull I'm afraid. Not that logos should be over the top, just needs a bit more design.

The layout and format is ok but font sizes are all over the place (e.g the list/menu? on the right hand size).

Generally it's quite clean and easy to read but needs something to draw users in a bit more.

I think the site is ok , but you should focus on the design a little . It helps making a good impression these days.
