    What is Domain Leasing?

I just want to share this information with everyone on the forum to clarify.

Domain leasing is an alternative proven financing method for both the buyer and domain owner of any premium domain to come together for a transaction. If certain domain names have been unattainable due to price The Domain Leasing Team solves that problem. Leasing gives benefits to both parties looking to close the gap to realize a transaction while maintaining the benefits of each party’s interests. In short leasing works for a domain owner, and leasing works for the party that wants to either own or use the domain for the short or long term.

Corporations looking to secure a particular domain property for branding, new products or services in shorter times with terns that offer options to terms, future buy-outs, renewals, fixed annual costs and best; quicker financial approval from management.

Company’s or individuals can use The Domain Leasing Team’s services to negotiate, document and broker the acquisition of any domain, either listed on the site or not. The terms of the agreement will make clear sense across all terms and conditions of the agreement and satisfy every department in your organization. Use The Domain Leasing Team to approach an owner with an alternative to selling outright. Re-ignite a failed negotiation with an owner and have The Domain Leasing Team approach the owner confidentially to procure the terms for a successful agreement. Domains have traded in the 6, 7, and 8 figure numbers over the last 6 years and many organizations are struggling to find alternatives. Leasing, like all equipment or commercial real-estate is the proven method to getting the domain your company needs quickly and quietly.

Domain Owners not willing to part with a domain unless the right terms or financial models are reached can use The Domain Leasing Team. If the asking price is not met due to market conditions or real values established by the market, the domain owner can now offer more palatable terms to the buyers. Satisfying the concerns of corporate buyers facilitates a successful transaction!

Domain owners can now offer yearly fixed financial terms-just like commercial real-estate. Corporations can effectively write off payments to marketing or other line items for IT or branding. A direct purchase can not meet those needs and sometimes a domain may require a board or CEO approval. The Domain Leasing Team, when representing the domain owner, can effectively not only justify the value of a domain in today’s dollars to a buyer that a corporate or individual buyer was not willing to rationalize, but The Domain Leasing Team can also deliver better long term financial models if leasing is used.

Examples of domains that traded at dollar amounts below their real or terminal values are all around the markets. Have you ever sold a name that you did not need to or want to only to realize that the transaction was one you wish you held back on? Domains are increasing in value especially premium .com names, which are highly-ranked in search engines for targeted keywords.

Leasing your domain with The Domain Leasing Team permits the greatest realized return of the domain you ventured and secured years ago. You and the leasing party will find a long term agreement the makes both financial and business sense where a direct sale was not possible.
